Parking is available on-site. You can also find your booth # at the bottom of any emails you receive and in the text messages we send out on Wednesday and Thursday, the week of the event.
Electric Vendors
Electricity will be available throughout the Fiesta en la Playa Mercado tents. We will have electrical boxes placed approximately every 10–20 feet, with each box designed to provide power for up to 4 vendor booths.
We will also have major overhead lighting installed inside each tent, so vendors will not need to provide their own general booth lighting unless they want additional lighting for their display.
If you requested electricity for your booth, we strongly recommend bringing at least a 50-foot heavy-duty extension cord. Bringing a backup extension cord and power strip is also a good idea.
Food trucks that requested electricity in advance will have power available. Food truck vendors should bring at least 100 feet of heavy-duty extension cord to ensure they can reach the designated electrical connection from their truck.
Please keep all cords secured, protected, and out of walkways whenever possible.

Trash & Clean-Up
Please take all booth trash directly to the dumpster on Chamber Drive by the Maritime Museum.
DO NOT use the small festival trash cans — those are for customers only.
Help us keep the market clean and welcoming for everyone!
Food Trucks/Tents DO NOT USE THE TRASH CANS in the food court area! There is a big dumpster on Chamber Drive by the Maritime Museum, and DO NOT DUMP YOUR OIL ON THE GROUNDS! You can also put that in a container in the dumpster
VENDOR PARKING
All vendor parking for Fiesta en la Playa will be located behind the festival grounds along Chamber Drive.
Vendors may NOT park vehicles behind their booths.
After unloading and completing your setup, please move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area on Chamber Drive.
Please do not use the public parking spaces surrounding the festival grounds for vendor parking. We need to keep those spaces available for Fiesta en la Playa attendees.
Plan accordingly when unloading, and make sure anything you may need throughout the day is removed from your vehicle before moving it to vendor parking.
Weather Prep (Rain or Shine)
Fiesta en la Playa happens rain or shine, so please come prepared for South Texas coastal weather!
Lower your tent as much as possible and secure it tightly. Even though many vendors will be underneath our large festival tents, individual booth tents and canopies still need to be properly secured.
Bring tent weights, with at least 40 lbs per leg recommended for any tent or canopy you are setting up.
Have tarps, tent sides, or covers available to protect your merchandise from blowing rain, wind, or unexpected weather.
Secure all signs, displays, racks, and merchandise. Coastal winds can pick up quickly, and anything lightweight should be properly secured.
Keep all electrical connections elevated and protected from moisture. This includes extension cord connections, power strips, plugs, and any electrical equipment inside your booth.
Please plan ahead and come prepared. A little extra preparation can save you a big headache if the coastal weather decides to join the Fiesta!
